Drone WorldReviews of drone-world.com

The setup was nice for the price well worth the value. Delivery was odd where it was a backpack in a big box jostling around, proving the ruggedness I guess. I will admit the sticker on the Quad was ripped upwards from the tight fitting of the foam however this is cosmetic and you are given colored stickers as a part of the DJI, in addition you want the foam to firmly hold the quad in place. You won't get the boxes and wrapping however I don't think you'll need them so in all the method used to deliver the product was decent.

Drone world answered all questions before order and delivered on the date they specified

I am impressed with the ease and stability of operating the Phantom 3. It is very reliable and has great range and clarity.

I have ordered several parts with no problems and quality products.

I still don't have my filters. Everything else was great.

I got the Phantom 3 Pro. Sadly when I got it there was a problem with the light-bridge, I sent it back they fixed it and I got it a week later. Works flawlessly now.. there was a person to talk who personally tracked my case kept me updated until the issue was resolved. I would make sure to get expedited shipping because there is only a 10 day window to return your drone if there is a problem and its not from the date received but from the day purchased. bummed the drone had a issue but the drone world team stood by there product and made it right.

Had a hard time finding the Phantom 3 Advanced Quadcopter online, the other sites were sold out. Found one at Droneworld. Easy checkout and purchase. Had it in a week. Thanks!

Despite the delay in delivery time for my order, DroneWorld was awesome in customer service and answered any/all questions I had.
