We have now made three purchases from Drone World. The company is top notch in every aspect. The website is accurate and extremely informational in its presentation of products. When it comes to orders you are kept informed without having to chase information down. We had an occasion where we inadvertently duplicated an order and had to quickly cancel it. I was interested in a drone that was able to take photos and video of roofing systems that are damaged by weather events and deemed unsafe to walk on. After much online research, I decided on the Phantom 3 Pro. I was speaking to a fellow insurance adjuster that used Drone World for his drone purchases and he had nothing but rave reviews for them. I called Drone World to ask some technical and shipping questions and the gentleman that answered was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I ordered the Phantom 3 Pro two days following my phone conversation and it arrived exactly when it was promised. Thanks!
