Drone world was extremely helpful in my drone selection based on my individual needs. The drone arrived 6 weeks after purchases and was easy to setup and start flying.

They made an effort to respond to me, I would have liked a phone number that didn't go right to a recording but they did always respond to my emails.

They kept me informed throughout br process.

Once they received the drone, they shipped it expeditiously Thanks for putting up with my nagging.

This is one of the best places to buy an all in one kit. The problem with being the best is that everyone orders them from here so they get a little over loaded. I ordered my kit 12/8 they said it would take a month....I got it around 3/1.....That wasn't really there fault the kit I order was backorder from the manufacture. The only problem I had with Drone World was that they never answered the phone or emails for a month. I am giving them 4 stars because they turned it around and were very good about sending order updates without even asking after the Christmas rush!!!

Great company to work with. They do all the leg work of putting a great package togeather for you. Everything came came in perfect condition as it should

*Revised, please read the entire comments. I received a defective unit that crashed immediately during the initial launch. I attempted numerous times to contact Drone World via phone, emails and voice messages. No one from Drone World ever responded to my emails or phone calls. After spending $1600 plus dollars, I deserved better. I wouldn't recommend Drone World to any potential buyers. On 03-22-2017, a representative from Drone-world contacted me and discussed my concerns. Furthermore, he apologized and explained in detail that they were overwhelmed with orders and understaffed during the Christmas holidays. At the conclusion of our conversation, the representative for Drone-world sent me a free P4P battery for my inconvenience. The bottom line is Drone-world admitted their mistake and retained me as a future customer.

Pre-ordered Mavic Pre. While the wait was long, I realize everyone waited for this product. Drone World did a great job with packaging and delivery once the product released.
