Purchased a Mavic Air recently. Product arrived on time but was missing an item that was included. Called customer service and problem solved but still waiting for item. Customer service could be a bit better and response time could be quicker when contacting via email. Sometimes I get a response sometimes not. Over all I would purchase again from drone world.

Great service called to ask a few questions and got quick courteous answer.

I am pleased with my dealings with Drone World. So far, I have only made one purchase, but it was for a pretty expensive item. It took a little longer to receive my item than I was quoted, but I did place my order on Christmas eve, so the holidays were in full swing, which probably slowed the process. Their selection seems to be pretty good, and their prices are definitely competitive. My only other quibble is that they were pretty slow in responding to my emails and messages. As in several days. They did answer eventually, and were very friendly when they did, so maybe I just need to be a bit more patient. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future.

I ordered a very expensive drone with this company. Mike was very helpful with helping which to choose and was very patient with me. The only thing I am having a problem with right now is obtaining my drone and reaching someone at the store. Now as troubling is this may sound, believe me I am a little frustrated that I spend so much money with this company and can't reach anyone at the store. Nor did i get a email saying it was shipped which was suppose to be three days after purchase. Update.... Got my drone and was so excited. I spoke with Mike to clear things up. There was a communication gap with the shipping. I didn't know they are not open on weekends. Stu to this date Mike has been assisting me with getting up in the air. Great guy.

My order for a Spark fly more combo shipped quickly and the price was as good as any other I had found. When I received it, I noticed the swag kit was not included. I contacted Drone World online and was told they ran out of the swag but did not want to hold my order. I requested the swag be shipped to a different address and they shipped all the items promised plus a bonus gift in about 10 days. Excellent service !
