Mixed opinion, I liked the mattress and company but had long term issues. I ordered a medium upon recommendation, I asked for an exchange within the test period, it took a couple weeks for the firm mattress and when that didn't work either I asked for a refund but the time limit had expired. I thought I would have 200 days on the new mattress. Anyway, I took my medicine and asked when the mattresses would be picked up. They gave me a number to call; however, in TN you cannot have a used mattress picked up from a home. It has now cost me an additional $300 to have the two mattresses removed by a private company.

I really loved the Dromma Bed at first. It was such a great improvement over our old mattress. The first 4 or 5 months everything was great but lately it seems like the bed has lost some of the firmness it had at the beginning. About 2 months after we got the Dromma Bed I had surgery and had to spend 7 days in bed flat on my back. I experienced little back pain which was amazing. In June I had surgery again and had to spend 3 days flat on my back. My experience was not as great as the first time. I was not as comfortable and experienced some pain. The Dromma Bed is good but now I consider it just average.

It was softer than I expected, and the return policy isn't as easy as I thought it would be (expensive for me).

I had hoped this would be the bed that would give me a comfortable night's sleep. I still have lower back pain each morning. We purchased the medium firm bed. When we asked for a switch to a medium soft bed, we then learned there would be a $100 shipping charge (which I do not remember was clear when we ordered). We WERE given a soft topper at no charge. The topper has helped with shoulder pain, but not back pain. I suspect the soft topper is made of regular foam (petroleum based) material, rather than the same foam used in Dromma bed? It had an odor that was not present in the Dromma mattress. No literature on the packaging indicated the foam topper had no petroleum products?

my review is solely based on the comfort, as everything else was great(cust service, packaging, policies). 3 stars cuz it's just not thick enough. Or dense enough? I don't know what the correct term is, but if u kneel onto it to get into bed or I would bet that if ur a heavyset person and u sit down onto it u can feel it compress down so u can feel the bed base underneath. Its fine for lying down and sleeping, tho. I had a long delay in moving into my new house, I bought this mattress for a guest bedroom, so by the time I opened and tried it and found out about the thickness issue the return by date had already passed. So I kept it. it is only a guest room,....my most frequent guest is my 12 year old nephew, and he loves it. He comments on its comfort frequently, but he's a small kid.

Decent mattress! Not great, but not bad!
