I am pleased with the toner I have purchased in the past. My dermatologist said it was a good product to use. I have recommended to friends. Now I’m excited to use new products I’ve purchased today. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed.

My order was running late and they kept me informed through emails so that I wasn’t left in the dark. When the package arrived unfortunately the items inside were not mine. The invoice showed it was for another customer but it had my address label on the outside. I contacted customer service by email and within 24 hrs they had corrected the error and apologized. I appreciate the quick service and the We are sorry email made me feel appreciated as a customer
