Why haven’t I received the product yet? Ordered 12/12.

I provided my email and phone for a discount, which then I was unable to use on the first purchase, deceiving....

I accidentally clicked in my email that I wanted to reorder and meant to hit skip. I immediately went to customer service and was only given option to email concerns, no phone number or chat option. I requested that the order be cancelled minutes after accidentally placing it and more I see it was shipped. Very disappointed in this whole process.

I got a discount code for 20% and did not get an opportunity to use it. Please cancel order
