Zero customer service. Received email that product shipped, however days later turned out it never shipped. CS will be an AI chat bot only. Having to go to the bank to block the charge. BUYER BEWARE!

It had been over a month and a half and my order still has not arrived - the tracking shows it is still in route and I have had to reach out three times/ restart the order twice - the shipping service does not deliver and I am starting to think it is a scam site. Several other sites I have ordered from have shipped to me without issue since I placed the order.

Ordered I am for Christmas had to call when it got lost in transit. When I requested that I don’t be overnighted I was turned down and had to wait till the day before Christmas to get paid when I ordered it a month ago.

The experience was strange. I looked at a product added it to my bag. Then all of these pop-ups started interfering with the final purchase. So I closed out. I really didn't know if my order went through or not. I did not receive an email for the order until days later which is highly unusual for most companies I order from. Then all of a sudden I receive an email letting me know that you received my order. I'm not sure I'd order from DRMTLGY again.

I reached out for customer service help, and basically got zero help after I replied to her. I placed my order on 21 December and still don’t know if it’s coming or not extremely disappointing.!

I did not receive the order. There are no emails saying that you were not going to fill the order. When I look in the SHOP order section, It says the order was cancelled. I checked my credit card and the charge has been put through back on December 17. No product and I was charged!

I ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my purchase.
