Ordered a while ago and got this message before my order has even been packed (just got the notice today) I know it’s Christmas but that’s slow

Nine days and still has not shipped. Inquiries into order status are met with an A1 response.

I’ve been a customer for a long time, and I do love the products, however, they take a very long time to be delivered.

I ordered a product and attempted to pay but got slammed with a bunch of advertisements to buy more products. I mistakenly tapped on one of these and suddenly I had another $40 added to my bill! I didn't realized until after I completed the payment process. I contacted the company through their website and asked them to remove the unwanted products and they did, which I appreciate. However I would have preferred this hadn't happened in the first place. They really bombard you when you are trying to checkout.

My bad that I didn't read reviews prior. I have been using Guerlain products and allowed myself to get swayed by all the marketing of DRMTLGY. I notice getting pimple-like spots that continues to grow and darken in the 2-3 times I used drmtlgy products. Initially I thought it's mixing the two products that was problematic. I have not had that experience with Guerlain (skincare and makeup) and I have since stopped using drmtlgy (tinted moisturizer matte, eye corrector). The dark dots/pimples didn't appear anymore. Definitely waste of money, I still have the products since I used only a bit.

The customer service is good. However, I wish i had read Trustpilot reviews and not the ones on the companies website. Purchasing this product has prompted me to remove Instagram so I will no longer be fooled by Influencers who outright lie about products being amazing and out of this world. There is nothing special about this tinted moisturizer. Infact, I'd say it's plain average aggitates my skin and causes redness. If I had tested this and the pumpkin enzyme mask in a shop, I wouldn't have wasted my money. Very average product with average ingredients. Nothing to write home about.A product like Trinny London is far superior and more worth the money you'll spend.

I bought the Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46. It does look nice right after applying. It gives your skin nice dewy glow. However, it feels sticky after it dries and ends up feeling tight, sort of the opposite of what you want in a moisturizer. And last but not least, it smells really bad.

I placed two orders and sent back a few items in which I have not received any refunds. I am being told that without the tracking number they can't look up my returns. Unfortunately, I cannot find the tracking numbers. Not sure why the returns department can't find my returns by name or phone number.
