Hello, First the color was not right 2nd I got a bad reaction under my eyes.

I placed an order 11/12, updates kept claiming it was being processed. 1/12 received message from Amazon package was canceled. I did not receive an email or notification. I contacted customer service, they offered a refund or to ship again. I chose refund, which I am waiting for.

I never received my package. It shows it was delivered 12/31/25 but I do not have the product. When I emailed the company to let them know I never got it and asked them to send a photo of proof of delivery, they replied and said there was not photo taken at delivery but they attached a pic of and amazon order delivered to my house. But I did not order the product on amazon? Not sure what this means? ORDER#028192050

Wrong color completely. Very disappointed. Would like to return!

I placed an order and my items were shipped on Dec 26th. I still have not received my items. I contacted customer support and the only thing they said was it was held up during shipment and stuck in transit. There was nothing they could do until January 9th. I waited patiently. Other companies have reshipped on the rare occasion an order has been stuck in transit to ensure the customers received the order. They then send a return label in the event the first order is delivered. They do not even offer expedited shipping to ensure I’d receive my re-order faster for the inconvenience. My only two options were a refund or reshipment. Understandably it is not their fault the carrier did not deliver the item but there is still a responsibility to the customer when the order has been paid for in full and not delivered. Not the best way to retain a new customer.

Never received order-having difficulty receiving refund.

Product was never shipped. They sent me the “label was created” shipping notification but usps confirms the package never was dropped off. They have not responded to my multiple emails

I placed an order December 20th and no updates and no order received. I don't know the number.
