My first order was lost that was ordered on 11.17.2025. I called in and reported it being lost and they issued another order free of charge. It arrived 12.16.2025. I felt like shipping time was slow, but it is near the holidays. I have only gotten to try the products 2 times since receiving and writing this review, but the products seem to be great. I do not feel like I am wearing makeup. I heard this week that ULTA is going to stock the products soon, so shipping delays will no longer be an issue.

I was a bit confused at first
I was a bit confused looking at the site at first. Then I finally found what I wanted. The first time I ordered I was told the discount code wouldn’t work for the one product I wanted. But I truly wanted to try your product. So I came back later after another ad showed up and tried again. This time I went for the combo product and the new discount code worked. Thank you. I appreciate companies that ask for feedback. We can always improve. I can’t wait for the product to show up. I’m looking forward to the results.

Changing Subscriptions
I needed to change my subscriptions to match my actual current needs. I found the subscriptions hard to change, while also ordering products needed. I wanted to delay the mail out but could not do that. I like the site and love some of the products, but I have abundance of some and do not want to order more until needed.
