I placed order for 2 items and 24 hours later I wanted to order another item and was told I had to pay for shipping since was under $40. I thought very unfair that you wouldn’t add to existing order only 24 hours old

if I created my own bundle with 4 items I could only save 25%. But, if I bought your 2 piece bundle which was 30% off plus added the 2 other items I wanted for 25% off each I saved more. Kinda silly, plus your site makes it difficult to use your rewards points towards a purchase. I have over 900 points that I had to jump backs d forth through the website to find my points to add them.

Well, your promotions are good. Shipping is high for such a small product. I finally was able to purchase one of your products. Of course the sale was a little lower, but I did get free shipping. I did not want to pay $5.95 for such a small product. When you’re so close to buying and someone doesn’t purchase, you should possibly ask him why they have it gone through with it completely.
