I signed up to get 10% off Email phone # all the bs to be told purchase didn’t qualify Feel scammed

I ordered Retinol cream well over a week ago, along with lip balm, and a "mystery gift". Order was finally delivered late last night and the only thing in it is lip balm. Seriously?! When I reached out I had to send pictures, twice, and then was told that they would send me the retinol, add no extra charge, in another delivery. Like you are doing me a FAVOR for not charging me AGAIN for something I already paid for?! GEE THANKS. No expedited shipping, no refund, no nothing for the screw up and me having to wait another 1 week+.

I placed an order number 028499137 and they charge me twice and now they say they can’t find the order! My order was $155 and they charged me $310 so they’re trying to get out of giving me my refund! I will contact my lawyer because they are not going to get away with this. This is illegal as hell! Buyers beware! This could be you!

I place an order 028499137 and they charged me twice! No one will get back in touch with me and I have emailed them numerous times! They should not be allowed to do this. My order was for $155 and they charged me $310 buyers beware.

I changed my default address weeks ago, and my order was still shipped to my old address. It makes no sense.

I never wanted the cleanser and now after trying to leave that screen, it's being shipped.

I had delayed this shipment. Why was it sent?

I could not manage my subscription subsequently re ordering something. Now I don't know what I will be receiving.
