Yesterday at checkout there were articles added by the site (?!) to my order and shipping value was absurd; probably an informatics error, because today it was OK and I could make my purchase normally.

I found at least 4 different prices for the same items depending on which ad I clicked on. $47.88, $ 48.83, $52.32, $56.25 are among the prices quoted. I ordered when I found the $48.83 only to see one almost a dollar lower within 2 hours. Disappointed in the wide disparity!

As a subscriber, it would be great to have the current promotion automatically applied to your auto shipment so that you always receive the best pricing. Sometimes the promotions offered to first time buyers are better than those who are loyal auto ship customers.

I ordered a package at a deal price then when I checked out, I got an offer to add that package at a cheaper price. The deal I got obviously wasn't the best deal since they offered a better price real time. Bad algorithm on the check out. If I had known, I would have ordered another thing and then addedthe better deal when it was offered in my cart!
