The very worst customer service. If your skin has a reaction, don’t believe their “100% guarantee” policy. They do not return emails and they do not give you an RMA number so you can return item for a refund. Total scam!

I purchase their needless serum, booster and peptide cream renew after 1 day using them, my face became swollen, so i emailed them and told me to lower the dosage and use slowly because its normal that your skin will have reaction using new products. so i followed their instructions but after 3 times using them my face is full of pimples and rashes. Which I decided to see dermatologist which cost me thousand to treat my rashes and pimples.

Currently having a 30% off sale today only , go to my cart to make my 30% off purchase and they put the price up by $11.00 last night pre-sale. So my item at 30% off is now more money that it was yesterday at 20%…that’s some shadiness right there…I brought this to their attention on IG and they deleted my comment. Keep that In mind when reading all those glowing IG and online reviews…they’re heavily editing and deleting them and only showing favorable reviews. The combo of marking up the price for the huge 30% off sale and then deleting my calling it to their attention in a public forum, just makes me question their business ethics and integrity and the effectiveness of their pricy products. Hard pass, nah.

Not for all skin types as they claim. The tinted moisturizer had my brown African American skin Grey and Ashy. Don't waste your money. I put this comment on their post and they deleted and blocked my ability to comment again. I was giving my honest review and the formula is not for all skin types that's a lie. They get the 1 star review for deleted an honest review about their product. I will be posting on all of my social media as they can't delete that.

Been waiting for my sun cream order for 3 weeks now. Customer service say they will come back to me with shipping information and never do. Had to chase them three times and still have no idea when my order will get to me or if it ever will. Meanwhile they have my money. Absolute joke.
