The shopping experience was good and easy to navigate the site the issue was that I was given a total and than the amount was upgraded for a few cents more and I didn’t get notified.

I disliked your sight. I wanted to also get the under eye coverup but is overpriced and I couldn’t get the 25% coupon back up.

Being able to use reward points should be much easier. They should show up when checking out so you can decide if you want to use them or save them for another time.

My experience was pretty good but I didn’t like how when I checked out it wouldn’t show me any payment info (which credit card they had on file for me) I’d prefer to confirm my credit card before you proceed to charging me. I would have liked to use a different card but no options were given. I also could not find payment info through my account profile to change it afterwards.

I didn't appreciate the pressure to buy additional products before I could check out

The ordering from the company was easy. However, it did not tell me when my order will be coming and to track my package through the Shop app is terrible.
