I originally purchased the serum on 11/24.... it never shipped out... and the only response I got was that you can refund me... so I am trying my luck again because the reviews look great for the serum.... I was very disappointed that all they could do was refund me and not actually get the product to me without me having to repurchase it on my own... poor customer service imho.

The customer service was great in retrieving a code for store credit that I had lost. However, my store credit was not useable on the skincare set I wanted to purchase for my son, it was only able to be used on the full price of the items I purchased instead of the discounted prices currently available which is crazy because $148 is $148 AND the store credit is fir items I purchased at a discount so had I purchased full price, I would have had a MUCH LARGER store credit available. This is robbing your customers and very poor practice. I was also forced to order more products to receive free shipping even though the total of my order was well over the shipping threshold before my STORE CREDIT NOT DISCOUNTS. This is not how other businesses operate and I will not be shopping here again in the future.

Lip healer with sunscreen is extremely small container for the money and not very moisturizing. Jury still out about tinted moisturizer with spf matte.

Initially I loved it... was easy to use. This review is about the online ordering process not the product. When I placed my order I was charged twice. Even more inconvenient is there is no customer service number. You need to email and wait. This is highly inconvenient and concerning regarding a double charge on expensive products.
