The customer service is terrible if you try to return a product. I’ve dealt with two different customer service reps and they have both been giving me the run around. I think they are stalling so it will be more than 60 days since I bought the product and then can’t return it. I will never buy anything from drmtlgy ever again. Unfortunately they are not a reputable company. *Update I did get a refund and they didn’t request that the product was returned to them. Maybe because of this review or maybe because I kept on emailing them.

Do not use this company! I too tried the under eye concealer..I agree completely with the other reviews…weird pink white color that doesn’t blend well and creases and flakes before you can even get out the door. I had to wash my face and start over to get rid of it. Fine…not all things work for all people. 60 day guarantee return the remaining product and we will gladly refund you money. Nope. You have to email them to ask for a refund, then justify why you don’t like it, then ask for a refund again, the. Send a picture of the lot number…YOU sent it to me it was the only thing I ordered don’t you know the lot number you sent me?! I agree with the others on here…this company is a total scam. Oh…and they changed the price after I ordered and ended up charging me three times and that was a fight to get it refunded and only for the original price in my order…and all that was before I even got it! Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46 is a joke. There is zero tint. Take a cotton swab, use makeup remover or any remover and you will not have one bit of color on your swab or washcloth. Plus it doesn't smell good, has a lingering odor for hours.

Y'all, this is a scam. I saw what appeared to be lots of happy customer comments on instagram so I ordered the tinted moisturizer, which says it was shipped with DHL ecommerce a few days ago. A tracking number is provided in the email, and when pressed it sends me to the DRMTLGY website where it has some fake tracking info; but then I went directly to DHL's website and put in the "DHL tracking #" I was provided - it doesn't exist. Anyway, I know my bank will handle it but unfortunately I need to wait a few days to ensure the imaginary delivery doesn't arrive, then go through the fiasco of contacting DRMTLGY so that I can demonstrate to the bank I attempted to resolved the issue with the merchant. Annoying.

I ordered twice from this company and have never successfully received any product. It’s a total scam and after months of waiting each time, I finally get my money refunded after numerous follow ups.

I ordered a couple of skin care products online and paid through paypal. After I received a confirmation from drmtlgy and from Paypal I received another message from Paypal saying "DRMTLGY LLC has updated the total amount of your transaction". You can guess that it wasn't in my favor. They added about $1.50. What the heck. I immediately emailed the co. and was told that sometimes the price will change because of taxes. Except that taxes were already included. I asked them to either correct the charge or cancel my order. The response was they would unlikely be able to cancel the order. I told them I know they could cancel it and asked for another person to email. I emailed through the other email contact and they cancelled it immediately. So the first person either lied or did not have the ability to cancel. No explanation from the person who ultimately was able to cancel the order as to why they changed the cost. I'm very surprised Paypal allowed this change. I came here to give this review and see there are multiple other issues with this company and I am glad I was able to cancel.

If I could give them 0 stars for their customer service, I would. I placed an order 2-3 times and they cancelled it. I contacted their customer service and they replied that someone would contact me in 3 hours. It's been 2 days! I emailed them and no response. I went on their chat, and their rep answered, but left me hanging with no response. I then went on TikTok and ordered the same item and they cancelled my order stating they couldn't deliver to my address, which is not true since I have ordered many things from TikTok. This is deliberate. How does all these orders just get cancelled?? I will spend my money elsewhere. There are a lot of good products in this price point out there and companies that value their customers.
