Ordered three weeks ago and never received items. Contacted the company and they told me originally they couldn’t do anything about it because it was stuck in the shipping facility. Complained to dispute with my credit card. Then was told they will reship. Now, it’s days after that and the only status is that the shipping company is awaiting the item. Lost my trust in the company but most of all loosing patience. Shouldn’t have to wait a month for makeup.

I have had successful shipments with this company but the last one sat in label creation while they kept telling me it shipped on their end. After WEEKS of waiting, I gave up and asked them to cancel the order. Customer service is virtually non existent. They will gaslight you and say the package has left and there's nothing they can do for you for weeks.

Its not worth it none of them. If i had time i would return all of them. Tinted moisturizer is a joke.wasted my money.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed my order on Dec.11th and still waiting for it. I sent my second email a week apart for a refund and still haven’t received a response. There’s no contact number, so good luck! Very shady company don’t waste your money.

The worst first experience with this company! Placed my order on 25th November and then it said arrived at destination country on 28th November which made me so happy thinking that’s so quick! I have still not received my order until today and have had 10+ emails back and forth all saying the are sorry and are checking with their 3rd party shipping company about its whereabouts but not a single person was actually able to let me WHERE my order is!!! To top it all in one of their responses to me they have the audacity to ask for my feedback about their service even though I still DONT HAVE MY ORDER and NO ONE has been able to tell me where it is or how long it will take to get here. Please do NOT waste your time, energy and money on this pathetic company, its products and appalling customer service

No Tint just a white cream . I would hate to think what is actually in it !

The product never shipped. I kept getting messages that it is in "pre-shipping" in a DHL facility in Whittier, CA. It's been more than a month. Customer service looked into it once, and re-shipped the order, but the exact same thing happened, and I never received my order.

I placed an order in November I am giving a review about how awful they treat clients! My first order was placed on November 17. The company did not believe me. They finally said they send another replacement never received it. Then I am going to have to wait a week to get my money returned to me plus not getting my discount back. I don't know they stay in business with this disgusting work ethic! Update: They did return my points today 12/9/2024
