Have just received my tinted moisturiser. It has sun screen which is good but no colour at all. Just like putting cream on. Waste of time and money

It took an extremely long time for the products to be delivered. Once received the Matte Universal Tinted Moisturizer had been opened and used. The seal had been partially torn off and there was Moisturizer in the spout. Very unhappy. Do not purchase.

Similar to many other reviews out there I ordered the eye corrector over 1 month ago and I still have not received it! The first order got stuck in shipping facility, apparently they reprocessed the order but the shipping notification has not updated in 2 weeks! Customer service just keep providing a fake cheerful response but has done nothing to help. Still have not received product and am out of pocket $$!!

I ordered in November 2024 a Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41 - Medium. After that I didn't buy anything. This company has now charged me twice (Jan 2025 and March 2025) for unauthorised purchases. I wasn’t even on their website when these orders were made! Despite contacting customer service, I received no clear explanation, and I had to chase them to get it resolved. Am still chasing. It’s a shame because their products are actually quite good, but how can I trust a company that processes orders I never placed? They are very smart and trick you into agreeing to send you every two months the ordered product again and even get you into agreeing for deducting from your account. I'm so so so sure I never agreed to that, because I hardly. use make up, so why would I need an eye corrector concealer every two months? Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Be cautious before sharing your details!

Never received my order, customer service is abysmal. You can do much better elsewhere. Had to engage with my credit card company to get a refund. Skip DRMTLGY entirely.

This is not an honest company. I have several of their products and frankly they’re pretty good. One of them was their eye masks. They were effective and did whatever it said it would. But they were very wet and some of the serum got into my eyes and caused an infection. It took me 2 weeks to recover. So I wrote a review about it, but their website never published it, which means they hide many negative reviews and mostly select positive ones for people to read. They ignored my review until I contacted them about it. Although they refunded me for the eye masks, no answer was provided regarding why my review wasn’t published. It’s been months now and I don’t think they ever will.

This customer service is the worst!! I’ve been waiting in an order for weeks now! I’ve emailed so many times with no delivery date and just to say they cant cancel because it’s been shipped. The audacity of them to tell me that I would have to refuse it… when if ever it gets here and take it to the post office where I pay again to send it back. I would not have given Any stars if I could have. Oh and I still haven’t received a delivery date either.

Still waiting for my order. (Second one in fact, I didn't receive the first one) customer service was very unhelpful. Supposedly they've ordered a replacement, it's been over five days and more than 17 from my first order. Stay tuned. Not impressed at all!
