Unfortunately I cannot leave less than a one star review. Ordered the under eye concealer over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Response to my concerns on behalf of the company was “to be patient”. Requested to cancel the order. We will see if they are as remiss on issuing a refund as they are about actually shipping orders.

I had a terrible experience with DRMTLGY’s tinted moisturizer. After just one use, I woke up the next morning with a severely swollen face and what felt like a chemical burn. My skin was red, inflamed, and painful to the touch — a scary and uncomfortable reaction that I’ve never had with any other skincare product. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned that a product marketed as gentle could cause such a strong reaction. Please use caution if you have sensitive skin or any kind of skin condition. I’ll definitely never purchase from this brand again.

I ordered the tinted moisturizer and loved the way it went on and how it looked. That night, when I washed it off, my skin was a little pink which I attributed to being in the sun a little longer than I thought. The next morning I reapplied and again was pleased. By lunch time my face felt hot and was bright pink. I washed the product off carefully and realized I had chemical burns all over my face. It got worse. Overnight my face was still very red, and had become swollen as well. I sent the company pictures and my money was promptly refunded.

After checking the reviews (not theirs) - seeing a 66% negative result - just saved me a whole lot of hard earned money. Thank you so much for making this available to all consumers!!

I purchased the eye corrector online ordering the medium color. Finally received and the color is Deep. Now I’m not lily white and I know I’m not deep. I ordered the medium color, not tan and certainly not deep! Second time I’ve ordered makeup on online from Facebook ads and both times I receive the wrong color of makeup! I’ll go back to purchasing in a real store so I can actually get what I paid for - not what they had a surplus of in their warehouse! Waste of my time and money!! Purchased L.A. Colors concealer, choosing the correct beige color and it works just as good as that expensive stuff. Never again!

I like the products! BUT.. they charge you and don’t send the merchandise. Or they take your order online and then cancel it for no reason. And I’f you do get it.. it takes months. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered 3 products and wanted to return 2 makeup items that simply did not work. I contacted the company and included a screenshot of my receipt with order number. They stated they couldn't find my order without my email and mailing address. I responded ans they stated they found my order and asked why I wanted to return the items ( this is now the third email to them in order to simply process the request to refund and secure a number to mail back the products. I responded and insisted they actually process my request. I received another reply stating they are still unable to proceed without the lot number printed on the bottom of the bottles of each item. I replied very angry informing them that they need to quit playing games and that I'm reporting them to the BBB. This place uses despicable business practices to deter you from actually being able to return anything. I've sent 5 emails and they have not processed my request. They advertise a "generous 60 day return policy " total BS
