I really like your products but was surprised when I subscribed to get $31 item regularly that I have to pay shipping. I have subscribed for things from other companies that once you subscribed they didn't charge shipping. This will be the deciding factor in if I keep this subscription long term or not.

I was under the impression when you subscribe that shipping was free. I feel your shipping costs are high compared to Sephora and others

I live in Orange County. I was not only charged for Orange County taxes, but also for LA County taxes. I don't live in LA County. I believe I should receive a $.68 credit to my credit card for the two LA County taxes. My order finally arrived late yesterday with no communication at the time of ordering, no response when I contacted your “team” on my order. No communication on shipment or delivery. Just left sitting out in the cold. The concealer did not offer a color selection on order form and medium arrived which is too dark for my complexion. Please advise on returning that item. No receipt or paperwork in the packing.

I live in an apartment high rise and I’m on the 6th floor. When entering the foyer there is a panel on the wall to push my apartment #621 and when my phone rings I can buzz the door and it will let the person in. From there they will go to the 6th floor # 621. Well, the package was left downstairs and luckily the maintenance found it and brought it up. It could have been stolen if he didn’t see it.

I did not receive package. Looks like package is being returned because of insufficient address. Package is being resent. I will update again once I receive it. So far, customer service is good.

There were way too many pop-ups taking me where I didn't want to go. There were 3 extra items in my cart that were not free items. Working from the cell phone screen is not easy.
