Checkout is extremely confusing! Kept adding recommended items and the graphic and the top of your screen makes you believe your initial purchase wasn’t complete. Ended up buying an additional product that I didn’t want and now will have to send back. It’s intentional and frustrating.

I'm finding things in my inbox that I did not order.

You charged me for the lip balm when you said it was a "free gift". I don't want it. Please remove it from my order and refund the $15.00 plus tax.

There are ads all over to get 30% off but when you click on them, it is only 20%. This is deceptive to me. I don’t really feel like I can trust this company now.

The order process went smoothly, no issues with shipping. However, the makeup- specifically the tinted moisturizer, smells horrific. I can’t wear it. It makes me sick and gives me a headache. I tried leaving it on, thinking it might get less smelly as the day went on and no such luck. If you are unable to smell this might be for you. If you work somewhere you are trying to mask one horrible smell with another, this also might be for you. If you want to be stink free, I’d try another product. In full disclosure- the under eye corrector does not smell like the moisturizer. Perhaps other products pass the sniff test.

The eye corrector is not for me. I’d like to return it.

I was excited to place my first order but then when I received it I had one incorrect item and the other item was frozen! I don’t like how I didn’t get notified that it was on my porch. I had to wait another week to receive the correct item. I haven’t opened the products yet so I’m hoping they are good. Happy New Year
