I’ve been waiting for my product for almost a month and customer service have been extremely unhelpful, often not replying to emails. I had to resort to leaving a comment on their Instagram that they use so heavily to promote their products, and they ended up just deleting them. I’m starting to feel scammed, like this company is all marketing and nothing else.

I like the products, but they hide the fact that taxes are applied to the delivery, meaning you buy 100 € and then, out of nowhere because they hide that information during the whole checkout process, you have to pay close to 40 € additionally to pick up the package. This is a new strategy, they didn't use to do that before, but it is done so sneakily that it disgusted me enough to stop buying from them. Not a trustworthy company.

The product was supposed to lessen bags under eyes but it made them worse. I should be able to return this product, but even though I submit a form to return it, they have never responded to me and I have submitted a form five different times. Don’t buy anything here and don’t believe they’re 60 day moneyback guarantee.

The tinted moisturizer has an unpleasant odor. More importantly it is very difficult to wash off. I use CeraVe cleanser but still need to use a wash cloth that never gets clean again. I contacted customer service twice to return but never got a reply. Disappointing. I cannot recommend purchase.

Never again. Feel like I've been completely ripped off! I bought the Luminous Eye Corrector SPF 41 and Peptide Night Cream. Both products are incredibly disappointing. The eye corrector doesn't do what instagram says it does and the night cream is light - feels cheap and so does the plastic container. Very disappointing indeed.

I believe DRMTLGY stole the debit card I used to buy a product from them to buy 3 ads through Google. They've been caught.

DRMTLGY has the worst customer service. I really like their products however I won’t be buying from them going forward especially since I placed an order 2x and both orders were cancelled without any notice or reason. My credit card was charged and credited without notification. Another time my order was shipped to another state and the tracking said it was delivered to me. Thankfully after numerous emails I was sent another order. You cannot ever speak to a person or chat. Sad because their products are good but just not worth the hassle.

Some of the products are fine, but the company is defintely sketchy. I have an autoship sheduled for one product. The email I received has a button to "manage subscription" which takes you to a page with several places to click on "manage subscription" but NONE of them allow you to actually manage the subscription. Because of that, I sent a message to customer service asking to cancel the subscription. I will not do business with a company that operates this way. We will see how they respond.
