I purchased from Drmtlgy a few times and never had delivery issues. Very surprised by all the negative reviews regarding delivery issues. Anyway, I love these products! I've tried so many now and overall I think they even my skin tone. Just bought another batch of the 2 eye creams...I used them last year and thought they worked wonders. I switched back to another eye cream after just to try something different, and I haven't been as happy...so I'm trying Drmtlgy again and can't wait to get back to less puffy, even-toned under eyes! :)

I ordered a product and then read very bad reviews on trustpilot. My experience was the exact opposite of these reviews. The product arrived within less than two weeks of purchase, in France. The product itself is very good.I would definitely reccomend and will buy again.

I was hesitant after reading review, but I really wanted the universal tinted moisturizer. I received emails and notifications on shipping and I received my item on time. The subject line of the emails was a little confusing. They deliver the product to the shipper and that must have triggered a delivered email. I read the email and realized it was delivered to shipper not me!! I tracked my shipment the whole way. The Universal Tinted Moisturizer is exactly what I wanted. I have. It noticed a strong smell like some reviewed and I am sometimes annoyed by smells. Also I saw complaints about lack of coverage. If you read the info on the website it specifically says it is not a full coverage. It enhances or sort of blurs imperfection in skin. It down not cover. I love it because it feels very smooth and looks natural!

So I haven’t used the product yet and will update when I do (if I remember) but - I saw the trustpilot reviews after I placed my order and was really concerned that I would never get the product I paid for. However, idk what everyone is talking about lol. I ordered the tinted moisturizer on the 21st. It arrived yesterday, the 25th, only a few days later - earlier than expected and in perfect condition. A lot of the reviewers here are saying that they “got a delivered message but didn’t get the item.” I will say that for some reason, I got several emails with the subject line “delivered”, including one about 24 hours after placing the order, but when I read the email it was telling me that it was delivered to the carrier or some other shipping update. Perhaps that’s the issue people are having with thinking the product is “delivered” when it’s not? I mean, just use some common sense and read the email contents? Anyway, I had no issues with delivery and as long as I end up liking the product will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I'm shocked at some of the reviews below. I've been using Drmtlgy for about 2 years. I've never had an issue with empty boxes, delays in shipping, or receiving the wrong product. Actually, Drmtlgy's acne line helped clear up the constant breakouts I had on my chin & their anti-aging line helped clear up the wrinkles I had started getting on my neck. Their universal tinted moisturizer is my favorite! I also recently started using the eye corrector. Some people are saying it causes creases - well, clearly you are using too much LOL I use less than a half a pump for both of my eyes. You don't need a lot. This company has been fabulous. My only complaint is you can't tell when you're running out of product ahead of time because there is no window on the bottle. The price point is also really good compared to other brands.

I've been using DRMTLGY for over 3 years now... Happened to stumble on these reviews and am quite shocked. I've never received the wrong products and I've always gotten my orders in a timely manner. Not one issue in 3 years. And I've been ordering for 3 years because I love their products and what they have done for my skin. It's not going to work for everyone.. all skin is different.. I tried many niche and trendy brands before finding and settling on this one. My skin loves the needless serum and the SPF moisturizer. But that's my skin. Give it a try! If it doesn't work, move on!

I absolutely love their sunscreen products! Specifically the tinted moisturizer SPF and the eye corrector with SPF. Their website shipping is fast and I've ordered from them a few times. Highly recommend!

The universal tinted moisturizer is a great go-to for days I’m not wearing full make up. But the MVP it the luminous eye corrector, it replaces my Cle De Peau concealer now because it corrects, not conceal, so it works better without caking up like a thick cream. The last one I’ve tried is the advance neck cream, it’s cleared my eczema and I would like to think with massage, it firms up a little.
