zero stars. I ordered a skin care bundle from this website thinking that it was Dr. relaxing and they said they even shipped from the United States. It wasn’t not a company outside of this country 6999. I paid on January 5. They never sent me a product they responded with me by email 45 times it gave me tracking from China from a tracking facility that didn’t even exist then they gave me another one after Minnie fights through that now it’s two months later they have disabled the website. They have disabled the email so therefore I went through Klarna, who does third-party billing for them and we are both fighting to get my money back at this point which probably will never happen because now they’re under a website that they use for fashions that they send to people online it’s called yiannafashion.com also a fraud it looks like some people receive products from there. I don’t know. They have never answered me so now we are emailing that company and on that website trying to get them to produce the money back a refund and find out answers. They have given fake websites. They have given fake promises emails of fraud and then tracking for orders that never arrived and tracking companies that didn’t exist. They changed it twice to different ones with incorrect tracking and the order never came to my house. We’re talking two months. They owe me the money and they’re a rip off.

I ordered mine from SHEIN I ordered 2 for $6.89 or there abouts and they sent me 3 I was going to buy from the actual site after seeing the add on YouTube but thought to myself usually on line stores like SHEIN, AliExpress and Temu sell things cheaper so I decided to type Dr Malaxin in the search bar of the SHEIN app and it popped up apparently it’s the official product the brand name is on the packaging all the details seem to match the product sold on the Dr malaxin site so I order 2 to see what the fuss was about however I’ve just read a review on here talking about this product only rating 9/100 for quality and they name an ingredient great they say research tells them that it contains this ingredient and said ingredient causes cancer and the ingredient named has been left off the ingredients list on the product I do not recall the name of the ingredient in question but who care what it’s called if it’s true that said ingredient is in the product I’m not taking any chances I’m not using it ever again lucky I had only tried it once so far

Bought the lumi pore and spot care cream. It arrived within 4 days. From what I can see from TIKTOK it looks like the original products and not fakes that are going around. The pink spicule filled liquid does feel like wee needles as it rubbed in. My skin does feel soft but haven’t noticed any real change in lines and wrinkles. Have only used it a few times so far though.

I've waited 4 weeks for my order to arrive. I had a random miss spelt email saying it was stuck in a shipping container bla blah blah. I used the link on the order conformation email and the site no longer existed, I emailed them 3 times with no response. The real site didn't have a sale and it was then I realised I'd been scammed by a fake website. Not sure weather it was bypassing their traffic to a fake site or if they had bumped their fake site to the top in Google. I wasn't expecting to receive anything. But it's arrived today, the packaging wasn't giving quality, the pots have Korean product info on. It's only from checking reviews on here that I realise these products may be fake. Im confused, I had already tried them and found the complete Collagen set really good, now I have no idea how safe what I've put on my face actually is. I'm going to contact the real Dr Melaxin and find out. These scammers will do anything, they know that a lot of brands have January sales to get rid of legitimate stock and they jump on it and create these fake websites that disappear once they hit their targeted funds.

I would give negative stars if possible; I ordered on 1/10/26 pm the Shop app and still have not received my items 30+ days later. The tracking information is marked as invalid on USPS. Terrible, terrible!

Hello my name is Mrs. Jones, I am a police officer in California , I have ordered Dr. Melaxin product on 2/7/26 it has been a week , and i am still waiting for an email or some verification from this company , I have contact the BBB, to help me get some kind of response from this company. we will keep trying. It is important to check the reviews before buying these product.

Absolute rubbish. Does nothing. You would be better with a jar of vasaline, dont waste your money buying this.its just one big false advertising scam.

This is the most useless piece of crap I’ve ever purchased 😂
