Just received mine in the Calcium stick edition I am not sure if it's just vaseline in a stick, it sure smells like it!

I placed an order on March 11th. About a week later I noticed I hadn't received any email in regards to my order or shipping. I contacted them via email, they said it was still "processing". I waited a few more days and still nothing about my order being shipped. March 23 I sent another email, and it was still being "processed". I have never had any order take this long to be processed. I asked for a refund that day. I sent several emails asking if the refund has been completed. Response are always its being "processed ", almost seems like generated responses, with no real person looking into it. Finally, i just checked with my card to find it was refunded back in March 25. This company doesn't know what's going on.

The castor oil with the rose quartz roller ball is a scam, just paid for two rollers, plastic roller balls, not even sure if its real castor oil. Don't trust it, paid$59 for two, I feel ripped off.

Worst breakouts of my life after using these products. Two months later I am starting to recover. Overhyped. Why do non of the Korean skincare stores in uk sell this brand? I asked in store and the lady laughed and said that its due to not being consistently good

I’m honestly so disappointed and upset with these products. After using them exactly how they’re being promoted by influencers layered together as a trio they completely burned my skin. My face became extremely red, sore, and irritated, and I’m now dealing with ongoing sensitivity and damage that I never had before. What’s even more frustrating is the response from customer service. Instead of taking any responsibility, they told me I “shouldn’t have used the products together” which is incredibly misleading considering that’s exactly how they’re being advertised. It feels like they’re shifting the blame onto customers rather than owning up to the harm their products can cause. Customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no real concern for what I’m going through. I expected much better support, especially given the severity of the reaction I had. At this point, I strongly believe compensation should be offered. No one should have to deal with painful skin damage because of misleading marketing and then be brushed off when they reach out for help. I would not recommend these products to anyone. I ordered from tiktok . Arrived within 3 days. They are genuine products. The balm stick shoukd be the same size on the inside and should be cream not pink....the small pink ones are fake . I ordered 3 products and they are not ... botox in a bottle.... but my skin feels more hydrated and concelor goes on better with the calcium stick applied first

I’ve also had a positive experience. Delivery didn’t take overly long arrive and I’m enjoying the eye patches and the stick

I seen so many negative reviews on here, about people not getting their products ever or getting fake products. Today I got my product! The US site is real! I think it gets suspicious cause it says brand 501 but the product does come from California from out for the country. It goes from DhL to USPS so shipping isn’t correct what they send you because it goes to 2 carriers! But the site is real! I was so scared the site was a scam cause these reviews and how I was told I was getting my product in two days, but that’s cause dhl was getting it first then usps. I will order again!
