I found HHA on Facebook and was a bit skeptical at first. Because after all, it was a FB ad. But I was at my wit's end trying to find ways to jumpstart my health again. I was eating decently, taking natural supplements, getting sleep, but the brain fog, joint pain, and gut problems were not going away. I went out on a limb by signing up with this program, but I am sooo glad I did. I am currently in Ph. 3 and I can honestly say I am starting to feel 10 years or so younger (I am soon to be 63). Sarah Rhoden, my HHA practitioner, has been so supportive and helpful during this program. I am truly grateful for the new-found vitality, weight loss, and overall well-being I have gained in the last 3 months. If you're on the fence, take it from me...it's worth it!

I purchased “The Secret Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You Book Bundle” expecting detailed, practical guidance, but was disappointed to find that most of the material covers very general information about inflammation and toxins that’s already widely available for free online. Rather than feeling like a comprehensive educational resource, the “book” came across more as a marketing piece intended to direct customers toward additional paid programs. The content is delivered as a PDF along with low-quality audio/video clips, much of which is repetitive. It felt frustrating to purchase what was presented as a solutions-based book, only to be met primarily with upsells. After managing an autoimmune condition for many years, I’m careful about investing in health resources so I was hopeful. Unfortunately, this didn’t provide the depth or value I was hoping for, and experiences like this make it harder to trust companies that position themselves as having the answers.

I had significant health gains whilst on the program. The main one, being increased energy and sustained energy levels. The online platform with advice from a team of specialists is helpful with live video sessions which are informative. I learned a lot about healing for the gut, and food products and brands which are quality items. I do feel the program is expensive, and the recommended dietary suggestions add to that financial outlay. Shout out to my practitioner who gave me good advice for specific issues. However, for the price paid (6,000 plus) I did not feel the strict 30 min calls were long enough. I am stating that because there is an enormous amount of information and practical application to learn and follow, which leads to questions that need clarifying. In turn, the practitioners have a set of instructions to work through on the call, and the allocated time felt like things were being rushed to finish on time. I personally ran into issues with my gut being sensitive to the supplements and charcoal so did not see an improvement there. I do think I have the tools to work on that, through dietary recommendations. All in all it is a comprehensive program which covers a holistic approach to health. It includes diet, movement, stress management, exercise, mindful thinking and a change in eating and lifestyle habits. It is a robust program that requires full participation from the patient. I hope this review helps for those wondering about the program.

Honestly, the supplements were a struggle due to the amount and the schedule but it was all worth it! I am thankful I stuck it out. As for the support, the doctors and coaches, as well as participants, are knowledgeable and provided tips and tricks that supported my journey. I am so glad I said yes!I have not experienced any of the issues that led to them. Thank you so much HHA community!

I have been in the program for 2 months. I have 2 months to go. It has been wonderful working with Sarah Rhodes, AFMC. To say this program is life changing is an understatement. It has changed my life from head to toe. I’m 66 years old & am now able to enjoy my life as I did when I was in my 20’s. Mentally, physically & spiritually; life is better than I ever imagined. Thanks to HHA & Sarah for giving me this wonderful opportunity.

This program used elimination diet, supplements, intermittent fasting, cleansing and keto for great lasting results. The health coach, Sarah, was helpful, realistic and encouraging.

This costs way too much. 6,125.00. I started the program feeling low energy, some brain fog, some aches and pains (I’m 57). I feel I was pressured into it and deciding if I should pay upfront, or make payments which costs another $1000. I understand the community aspect however, but they will charge $800 just to use the platform. The supplements are about $330.00 a month, which is a little high, but I felt they work. I only went to phase 2. The practitioner and health coach were nice and supportive, but in my case I only needed a little guidance to steer me on the right path, not mandatory appointments. The program is on the platform, and can be downloaded. It is very informative, but then again could be a book- all the knowledge is out there. I knew some of it already. They invite questions, but how do you ask, when you don’t know what to ask about the program? Food removal is a main component, however you must buy your own substitute products. A “discount” site was added in, but it’s not helpful on top of the money spent already. So after I went through Phase 1 and beginning Phase 2 which was supplements and almost all food removal, I felt good. It bothered me though that this was all to it. The platform is full of ideas, recipes, wellness suggestions and KUDOS, but being on the platform is not an option and is a requirement of the program. I sent an email to cancel and set up a zoom call to speak with someone about getting money back. I was told no refunds, but she would see what she could do for unused parts (I still had 2 months supplements and they said (only) 3 practitioner appointments left.) the next email was a denial. They said I used everything but would still let me stay on the platform and meet with the practitioner. I made several suggestions to them to improve their program. One was a tiered cost. I feel people ought to know what they are getting into, and if they are somewhat healthy without a lot of issues, go a different route. The program works for those with disease and illnesses, but I don’t believe the cost is justifiable for a company who truly is supposed to care about your health.
