13 lbs lost! After the 1st month, my gut began to feel great! Four months on this program is not easy. It takes A LOT of willpower. The support I had from Susan K. was very strong and comforting. I would have liked more Zoom meetings with her on a regular basis (like every 2 weeks), but I didn’t say anything. I’m sure she would have made more time for me. There were 2 instances when I needed help right away. She responded within a 1/2 hour or sooner. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price tag. It was a bit hard to swallow, but everything is more expensive than you think it will be these days. Overall, HHA has a very good program. Stick to the plan and you will find success!

I don’t believe when I signed up for…
I don’t believe when I signed up for this program it was fully disclosed that it was just a detox program. I paid my $89 health assessment fee and then was told this program would be an excellent fit for me. I followed the program and diet to the letter but felt very discouraged with the outcome even when they said should start the first phase over since that was the only phase they gave me some energy and now after the program I feel like I am crashing. The amount charged is outrageous for just vitamins and not seeing results. Truly a bait and switch. They tried at the end of the program to try and get me to buy more supplements Really? Please if you are thinking about this program reconsider and run the other way or you will fall into the same debt I have occurred and nothing to show for it.

The multitude and variety of services…
The multitude and variety of services and resources in the HHA program is slightly overwhelming, but who wouldn’t want the most assistance possible?! I AM continuing with previous protocol for my alopecia and sleep, but I am seeing greater improvements now! Especially with my bowel movements 😁

So far, this program has been the best thing for me. Initially, I thought the biggest win would be the weight loss—and while that has been incredible, what I’ve appreciated most is how much better I feel overall. I’m no longer tired all the time, the brain fog is gone, and I’m not constantly dealing with aches and pains.

Love this program more every day!
How do I start?! This program turned out to be way more than I expected. I basically joined for weight loss, and yes, the weight is coming off. No doubt, but the healing that I am experiencing is far better. Small aches and pains that I have chalked up to aging are gone, my hearing is better, my cravings are gone, my sleep is better, and my headaches are gone. I haven’t felt this great in decades.
