The shower head is so cheap. They also take money out of your bank account that you don't give them permission for so no from the start your signing up for a subscription Good luck trying to stop it !

I cant believe you guys would sell it without it being complete. There was only the top pieces without any hose to connect it up to the pipes. Whats the point. Now I have them sitting down and I cannot connect it because there is no fittings. I am extremely disappointed in the shortsightedness of the selles.

Tried to cancel order, you billed me and sent product, including refills and more charges. If product was good, I would just "eat it". But, it isn't. Water is still not filtered well, and when the head is on the wall holder, it sprays colder. Temp ok if you hold directly. Huge waste of money.

This company says on the website that I can return no questions asked. With a unopened product need to return. I was told they're out of Portuguese.I would need to pay a 10% restock fee. Plus shipping to a foreign country is what I was told. When the company is out of franklin park Illinois. Package from CA. I was offered 50% off more product. Looked up on better business bureau. Its Not accredited. Don't be sammed by this Water filter Company.

I ordered 1 shower head. Instead, I received 1 single filter for a shower head. Emailed customer service approximately 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. As of this review, I would recommend to not order anything from this company as it seems they take your money. I paid with shipping over $50 for a 10 cent filter.
