Worst Product of 2025
I ordered this for Christmas gift. I owned one similar with beads and loved it. Three days after my order an unauthorized 119 was charged. There is no working phone number for the company. Through email they refused to refund the money stating I joined their club but would take me off. Nope! Another 75 of unauthorized charge. The shower head is unusable the spray is so wide it covers my entire bath area, and the shower curtain is no match. The second spray is for plants not humans. I'm hundreds of dollars into three shower heads I will never use or gift. According to refund policy i got emailed there is no refund. Wow.
