This is a scam
This is a scam. The shower heads are cheap and the “filters” are ridiculously expensive. They keep coming even when I canceled the subscription that I didn’t know I had made.

Garbage shower head
I ordered the shower head. Upon receiving it, I opened it. It’s made of cheap plastic and did not come with a hose. I emailed to try to return it. They offered to send me a hose. The shipping cost to return was probably going to be half or what I paid for it. What a joke. I finally received the hose, connected it. Had to be careful not to break the cheap plastic shower head and shower head attachment when installing it. It won’t adjust properly. It only has two settings. Both are disappointing. Water comes out too powerful and no soft settings. It feels like you’re getting water logged. Ridiculous! Most definitely not worth it. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! DO NOT PURCHASE! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Your company is a RIP OFF
Your company is a RIP OFF. You gave me info to return the shower head that would cost over $200 to force me to keep it. The only thing I ordered was the shower head but it did not fit my pipe. You charged me for filters that I Did Not Order. You did it without my consent. There is no way I would have ordered anything if I had known you were going to subscribe something to me without my consent. I am 71 yrs old and on a fixed income. I will blast you on Facebook. Your company sucks. You should not rip people off like that. Thank you

First
First, I've been charged three different times, December 2025 and January 2026. I've received one package of filters and nothing else, except a bombardment of email ads. I want my order canceled and my money refunded. I am not sure if the multiple charges are part of a subscription, but if so, cancel it immediately.

If a drizzle of water for your shower…
If a drizzle of water for your shower and leaking all over is acceptable, this shower head passes. I expect a normal water flow when I shower. I don’t expect the shower head to leak in all the wrong places either. As for customer service, there isn’t any. I have two shower heads and 12 replacement filter. Total charged for JUNK, $236.62. I want to submit a negative review so others are not scammed as I was. There doesn’t appear to be any customer service at all. Buyer beware. The product is terrible.

Absolute Scam With Trash Customer Support
They advertised the extra filters as buy 6 get 6 free then charged me for all 12, totaling about ~$119 for filters. Ignored my attempts to inquire about the false advertising. Trash customer service and the product is shit. If you want to return it they ask you to cover reshipment fee to their warehouse in China and then deduct 10% from the refund. Alternatively you can just keep it and get store credit (absolutely useless because I wouldn't shop there again even if it was free). Do not buy, just go find another shower head elsewhere.

The way i was charge extra for filters…that I did not recieved
The way i was charge extra for filters that was not explained was a $40 a month even though i did not request any filters i was billed. Then given a discount after i complained and did not get the filters. So I guess I was charge $24 to complain
