The stream is wonderful for sore spots or stress and the skin feels smoother and the hair is softer. Nothing to do with showering but it's a breeze to clean the shower. Also great to bathe our dog. What more can I say very satisfied with this product.

One of my shower heads developed a leak at the connection point. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply immediately! John made sure that I would receive a replacement as quickly as possible. I submitted a short video and a couple of pictures. My request was for a replacement sleeve. I received a complete replacement within a couple of days. In my opinion, this experience was the best customer service response that I have ever seen! Great job!

Clean water, so refreshing! My recent purchase of the drivse shower head was as satisfying as the attention to detail the customer care rep provided. Seth took the time to respond, promptly by the way, to my concerns. I like being treated as an individual.

I love knowing I am showering in clean water, I have noticed that my shower stall no longer has the yellow build up that it always gets a week after completely scrubbing it clean! I read some of the negative reviews about faulty shower heads! I am a recent widow and am having to fix and replace things around my home, I had no problem switching out shower heads at all . I want to thank Mr./Mrs Mann for making sure I was ok with my order and thank you for your confidence! Sherri Lewis

Love the shower head.. pressure much better.. hair and skin much improved.... Constructive criticism you guys tried to charge me twice and I never got the hose that makes the shower portable... I ordered two. Maybe you can make that right by sending some filters.... Kindest regards , Mark ‼️
