My intent was to purchase the shower head ONLY for the shower wand which I knew it would only be used INfrequently. 4-5 times in 5 mos so far.... NO need for replacement filter yet. However, I was ALSO enrolled in a $40 per month subscription which I didn't want or? authorize? This started Dec of last year and has continued to this month/ $200 so far. I've tried to cancel this more than once as I've had no need for it, with no success let alone possibly receiving a refund/ $200 for the five filters I haven't needed. The product itself works well, no complaints. I like the different head adjustments, and when used, the water texture has been nice. SO... the product is great. The customer service seems to be a little lacking. Just sayin...

I purchased a shower head I did not purchase filters or anything recurring. They have charged my account almost 80 dollars every month by mistake and I can’t get them to stop. Apparently I will have to order a new debit card to get them to stop. I have been unable to call them or anything to discuss.

The shower head is great. Not 'phenomenal', or mind-blowing by any means, about average- just with a lot of hype attached. Their marketing tactics, not great. Borderline fraudulent I'd say. I was 'got' by an ad on YouTube and through the buying process I was repeatedly annoyed by the nagging "upsell" discount option of buying more to achieve the advertised rate of 50% off. After declining multiple times, i ended up on a page that the "no thanks" button conveniently did nothing. How odd... and with a warning at the top to not go back or exit or close the page, lest I be charged twice.I was a bit ticked by this point so i just X'ed out of all 3 pages.Good thing I only put enough $ on my card for one charge, and I can block them if needed. I tried ordering a few filters and same b.s. again, bought 3 WAS supposed to get 3 free. Nope. Only got 3 filters. Im sure businesses get rich by pressuring ppl into these auto ship and tierd discount and broken "no thanks" button tactics but some of us pay attention to what our hard earned money goes towards and even though I like the showerhead, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, all because the buying process is a pain in the ass trap to overcharge you for another mediocre,over-hyped, average product.

Order number DS596642764. We received the package damaged and it also looked like it had been opened. We opened it up. The showerhead was scratched and it also was missing the filter. We sent an email the next day and you responded the day after that you needed pictures and what happened I responded that same day with pictures and an explanation that the package looked like it had been open UPS PS really did a number on it now I’ve not heard anything from you for over a week so do I have to stop my credit card payment or are you guys going to replace it? I need to know ASAP thank you.

Installed approximately 4 months in 3 showers happy with water but disappointed with quality. One shower head split and sprayed all over bathroom. Split in plastic where the filter is positioned.

I love the shower itself but trying to stop an automatic shipment of ions is almost impossible. I have even received a message from you stating my subscription is cancelled and I still get ions each month and monies taken out of my PayPal account. Please TAKE CARE O f THIS asap. Thank you. The clip does not open up more in order to expand. We have to hold the shower the entire time because the shower pipe is too wide. We have, also, tried sliding the clip on from the end, but when it gets back to the shower pipe, it will go no farther.
