My hair seems less frizzy lately. Didn’t expect that honestly but I’ll take it.

I love the shower because made such a huge difference to my skin integrity. It’s not as dry and not so many little pimples they have seem to have disappeared. I have a smoother complexion on my skin.

I had a problem with the shower head. The response from John and Patrick at drivse was immediate and solved the problem. Many thanks to those two.

Customer service was helpful and responsive. My complaint is that an order for 12 replacement filters was processed and my credit was charged, when I don’t recall authorizing the order. When I contacted customer service I was told that I had authorized reoccurring shipments and even if I stopped future orders, the current order was already processed and being shipped. They did remove me from any future automatic shipments. I purchased 12 replacement filters when I purchased the shower head a couple of months ago, so why would I need 12 additional filters just weeks after receiving and installing the new shower head and filters. Automatic reoccurring shipments and pricing is a problem and honestly a pretty deceptive business model.
