So far so good, the customer support team was very helpful with my initial order

I have to speak very highly of the staff. You write them an email they answer you within minutes and they continue responding to every question you have. They help resolve any issues you have in the best way possible. I've never had such a quick response from any company like them usually you have to wait 24 hours for one response.

My face usually reacts badly to hot showers but lately it’s been calmer. That alone makes this worth it for me.

I had an issue with an order that stated one thing and it turned out to be another. I wrote to support about the discrepancy and I received a very quick response from support team member John. John really took the time to review my written request to understand the issue and provided a very fair and reasonable resolution to the issue. He was very professional and has excellent customer support skills which represents the company well and leaves an impression that the company values it's customers.

Rapid response, options offered, and my subscription was canceled upon request. Yes, the filters do seem expensive !

The product works well as advertised. Customer service is quick and helpful. One thing to beware of is the subscription.
