Only thing is the ION filters per month are too expensive I am changing mine every 3 weeks so $25/month is a lot

Saw the info on Weather channel and I watched the entire thing. Then researched on my own. Everything I found was actually positive as to the claims My only concern was post purchase I read the return policy and learned you can only return unused products. What good is it to guarantee your product with all the claims telling people they have 30 day risk free trial if you cannot use and assess the shower head yourself. That is more than a bit sketchy. I am standing by my purchase and hoping it meets the claims. I will definitely be leaving a review after I’ve received and used the shower head. (I received a response to my review. I am not making a complaint nor am I considering canceling my order just to clarify things. I was merely stating a fact as I interpreted it based upon the posted cancellation policy. I just believe things like this should be clear when people are ordering and buying products online. You cannot simply say if you’re not pleased you can return the product for full refund. But to make it clear that is the case “as long as product has not been used due to health and safety regulations”or whatever. I’m not trying to make a “thing” out of this or “poke the bear” just believe in honesty when presenting company policies. Thanks

I was pleased with the add and what the product can do. Have not used it yet. anything that improves the quality of the water we bathe in has got to improve the skin and hair. I listed it as a 4 because I had difficulty with the web purchasing site. I also wanted to order the cartridges but being older I am not techno, couldn't get back into the site to do so. Will have one of my grown up children assist.

I like the shower!!! The faucet would not fit on the bathroom fixture. I was ablento install it on the kitchen faucet but I miss being able to have a narrower stream of water for filling some cups and bottles. Do you have one especially for kitchen faucets?

I was a little skeptical at first when I ordered my shower head, you know everyone stating how wonderful it was well those were the reviews on my past shower heads and after one week of using I was feeling the change hair and shin felt so soft. It totally boosted the water pressure I was so amazed! I have very thick hair and before my ion drops spent forever rinsing the shampoo out after washing but WOW now it takes less time and it’s all rinsed free. Brushing my hair after showering is amazing, somewhat tangled free! Skin feel great, using a little less moisturizer now with ion drops dead skin feels exfoliated, and I’m glowing now. That’s only with 2 weeks wait for 2 months review! Very happy 😊 Thank you!
