This company is a scam. - They have hidden subscriptions that they fail to include in order confirmation. One month later you see a charge of $80 for 2 filters. - if you contact support centre immediately after seeing unauthorised payment, they refuse to cancel delivery (carrier states that label created but no delivery dispatched). - their company is flagged by aussie banks as scam, so they automatically block the payment. To override bank controls they re-initiate payment using paypal credentials. Stay away from this company. I wish my bank blocked payment to this company when they reattempted the using different credentials.

Quality is very low. Also I am being charged monthly cartridge replacement I did not subscribe to.I am not using the shower head but did not request for return either.

1st of all, it took 13 days, actually 14 because it was delivered overnight, found it in the morning. 2ndly, it's a fake or not what I ordered, this is nothing like described, it's very obviously plastic & very 'cheap' feeling. 3rd, there's no hose, mounting bracket, filter, nothing, just a cheap feeling, knock off, plastic shower head. I expect you to fully refund my purchase, send me a pre-paid return shipping label, fully refund every penny I trusted you with & a full apology for the "bait & switch" your company pulled on me. This item is nothing like you advertised, I cant even assume this is the real thing, since you claimed ver 2 was 💯 metal, this thing is obviously plastic. Would give zero stars if possible.

I installed it. The first thing that happened: water started squirting out of back where it’s screwed on to my wall pipe. I bought Plummer's putty and put it on the pipe where the screw threads are. It still squirts out of the back end. The pressure it WORSE than before. There IS NO PRESSURE. It’s a little dribble. Your product is a joke. Or a scam. Take your pick.

We got the 2 Drivse shower heads, and 4 filter inserts for these for August and July, but never received the connecting hoses/tubing for water flow to utilize these in our 2 showers. Not sure why these have not come through, but the ongoing filters are coming. After this original shower head purchase, we have had so e emergencies in the family, which have eaten up our li item retirement income and our emergency fund, and so we have not had funds to follow up with you on purchasing the 2 needed hoses that did not come with the original shower head order that we thought would arrive in that original purchase. Only received the head part of the shower. No filter, no hose that connects to the shower head and no hanger to hang the shower head. Hope with this review someone from customer service will reach out. Lastly, it took a month to receive this item.

This thing is a piece of crap! First off the filters cost as much if not more than the shower head. After a couple uses with new filter the pressure starts going, (its never as good as it shows in ads) after about 6 - 10 uses there's literally NO PRESSURE. The settings are terrible, none of them are any good. So very disappointed! Will never recommend or order again. Total GARBAGE! 😡

Garbage... made of cheap material ... handle/hose broke completely off ... shower head rusted in less than 6 months of use ... purchased as gifts then had to also purchase the hose & mount separately does not come with shower head (waited another 4wks for delivery) ... over priced ... so disappointing.
