I was confused by your site and received the wrong shower head. I wanted the on you advertised with the teeth and strong stream. I am using the other one and it is very good, I just wanted the other one. Oh well!

None of the attachments fit my standard shower, so I had to hire a plumber to install it. I've got waaaayyyyy too many filters and keep getting charged for more. All that being said, I AM satisfied with the water quality.

I love the pressure of the showerhead and that it making my hair feel softer. My only complaint is that one of my shower heads has already cracked and I've only had it for a month.

Update on 1 star review- Refunded!!! Since my review a few days agi I was contacted by their customer service who arranged for a full refund!! Have to be honest, they were very helpful and the refund came through very quickly. If only they didn't try to scam you in the first place they would probably get excellent feedback. It is so unnecessary.
