The showerhead had a crack. Sent email got response within 1 hrs was asked to take a pix and send it. That is how fast i got a new shower head being shipped to me. When a company stands behind its product everyone is happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 star company keep up the great work!!!!!
