Absolutely Iove my Drivse! I have noticed a big change in hair, skin. I recently had a part break and they were quick to respond and offer a replacement free of charge. Drivse customer service went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. Thank you! Super happy I purchased from them.

I love the feel of the running water, the pressure and knowing the water is being filtered. One amazing shower head.

How easy it was to order online

Customer service was fast and delt with my issue in a timely manner. I appreciate Ruth helping me fix my mistake in my order. Although today I can't get ahold of support, to save my life. I might have to change review.

This companies customer service is something rarely found today. They are exceptional at responding and providing the best service possible. I recently had a crack in the cartridge compartment and they rectified the issue by sending me a new one immediately after I sent explanation and photo of issue. This is what is expected by the customer and is not found in todays market place after the sale. Awesome work Drivse CS team with special call out to Seth, James Joyce and Ruthie which all worked to resolve my issue.

I have dealt with many companies when I have ordered items and had not meant to have an on going subscription to the support item included. This company got right back to me and straightened out my mistake immediately and fixed the order problem immediately. I’m honestly picky with shower pressure but this one feels just right. Strong enough to rinse quickly but not sharp on my skin.

The ordering process was confusing and felt scammy. The adds are great. I wish I could've got the entire unit in one purchase. I only was able to order the shower head and filters. Some how I started getting charged and shipped. Worse part is that I didn't order the hose and faucet hook up so I havent even used the item so I cant give an actual review for the product. Why did I give a 5 star..... Very quick response for my dissatisfaction. Subscription canceled and they shipped me the hose on them. So I should be able to try this product out soon !!!
