When I first came across the ads for the IonDrops shower I was very suspicious as they were coming up randomly in an app I was using. I contacted Support and was answered promptly in a very professional and friendly manner. As soon as I received my shower I noticed a dramatic reduction in my itchiness and the water pressure was vastly improved. I was so impressed with this that I bought one for a friend who also has skin issues. He's noticed the improvement as well. However, his unit developed a crack. I took a photo and sent it to Support and within a day had been informed that a replacement was on the way. Fantastic product backed up by excellent service.

My legs used to itch sometimes after hot showers and now that rarely happens. Took a while before I realized it.

I believe Drivse offers wonderful products. I realized that I couldn't consistently afford to purchase these products. A customer service rep named Jeanne helped me cancel my order and was very respectful.

I like that it just blends into the bathroom. Not flashy or bulky at all.

I enjoy the increase in water pressure, as well as not having the hard water spots build up in the shower. I first bought Drivse shower heads in Jan. and have been pleasantly surprised with the results

The shower heads provide great water pressure! Also I experienced great customer service after one of the shower heads started leaking. I contacted them and they promptly sent me another one. The only negative I can say about them is that I feel the filters are way overpriced for what they are!

This is my second purchase. The first one broke. Apparently I was past the warranty and other things. If your product is as good as you say, I feel you should really stand behind your product. When my shower head broke, I was changing the spray flow and heard the pop. I was not happy about this.
