I purchased 3 shower heads as a gift to a relative buying a home. I did not know a subscription for filters was part of the deal till I got billed for same. I explained my situation via email that I didn’t want or need any additional filters and agreed to pay for the shipped units(which I will also gift), and cancelled any future shipments. Drivse confirmed my cancellation in a return email and all went smoothly.

They were fast responding to my concerns and resolved my issue right away.

I really enjoyed the shower spray. We had some trouble placing the handle on the shower nozzle. So we bought an extended pipe which enabled us to place the nozzle in a downwards position instead of horizontal position Once we got the spray going doward it was fantastic 😍. My hair came out better than I had expected.Soooo soft and my skin was and very moist.

I haven't used it for showering yet, but I did run the water through it to see how each setting is. So far my aunt and I can't wait to use it.

We really love it. The water pressure is wonderful and my hair and skin feel great and look good too

Mines have arrived it’s been in my shower for about two now and I say we love it!! Skin feels a lot cleaner, hair doesn’t feel dry afterwards I give it 5 stars because it deserves 10 stars!

After about two weeks I noticed my hair drying softer with less frizz. Same shampoo, same routine, different result.

I read some bad reviews like the water spraying wrong. I lightly brushed the holes, and its fine. It's amazing.
