CS was so kind to me when we were resolving my address issue. I messaged with 3 or 4 service techs, and they were all so kind. I finally realized what I can do in the future to prevent shipping delays. I am deeply grateful for their patience and kindness.

Their C.S. was wonderful! On a Saturday, they responded to my problem within minutes. I’ve never experienced a response from any companies that quickly before. Most times I wait days or no response at all. I followed the introductions they gave me and it works perfectly again. Thank you for your quick response and instructions. I love my shower head and would highly recommend it.

I like the showerhead, the spray is good. Had it for about a month and can’t say I notice any difference. Got a call from my bank asking about a transaction where they were trying to take money for filters. Need to figure out how to stop that. Update: their support team reached out to me shortly after my review and cancelled my filter subscription right away.
