After a few days I noticed my hair…
After a few days I noticed my hair drying smoother than usual. Not magically perfect but definitely better. My roots feel cleaner without that stripped feeling I used to get. I wasn’t even looking for that improvement but I’ll take it.

Easy to hook up. I really appreciate how clean it makes me feel. HUGE difference with my skin Not being dried out.

The shower head is much improved over the standard one supplied by the plumber .Very easy to install with basic tools .

It's a great product my wife doesn't…
It's a great product my wife doesn't leave the shower for an hour. I don't like the price for the refill filters ,i was sent one and charged my card 39.99$ ???

Poor customer service
I love my Ion. My skin and my hair are soft. I grew up with well water and this reminds me of that. The power of the shower is terrific. I feel as if I am in a high end spa. Glad I made the purchase. Customer service is poor. I do not want a subscription for a filter as I don't use it every day. Can't get them to stop charging my card.'
