I had requested to return my 3 new Shower heads...I was going to use them a xmas gifts...I live in an apartment and the showers are not very big..the heads are very powerful and I find it too much for my small shower...I could not adjust it enough...instead of me returning them I was offered 3 complimentary hose and hookups...I really appreciated that and now can't wait to get them..hopefully it all fits better
