I would put zero but it wasn't a choice. They scam u...charge u for things u did not order. U cannot return anything bc it would cost u the shipping fee from China then u have to Pay to ship it back to China and they charge u a 10% restocking fee so u will probably pay more to send it back. They charged me twice for the same order and said it was a subscription for filters....they sent me 3 filters I didn't order or subscribe for and charged me $74.96. You can but the filters for this showerhead on Amazon at 10 filters for 14.99
