I never received the shower heads. I have been trying unsuccessfully for months to cancel the filters. Horrible experience. Money just gushing away. Money I don’t have. Hate this company.

After discovering that this showerhead is not only not ajustable for different water patterns and that the connection to the shower head is difficult it sprays water outwards towards the walls of our shower instead of straight down as would be expected. The real issue arose when we contacted the company and asked for a refund. The quickly replied no ! We sent them a screenshot of their own advertisement stating that if you are not happy with the product you could return it within 90 days for a full refund. Lies !! They would not stand behind their own words. Very fraudulent!! Forget buying one of these pieces of junk !!

Buy from anywhere else! The idea is good, but the execution is poor. Forget the fact that you get ripped off on a $35 filter, and you won’t be able to return a dang thing. Unless you want to pay to have it shipped to China & you want to pay a 10% restocking fee. None of which are stated anywhere when purchasing nor on Drivse’s website. But if we’re just talking about the shower head itself, unless you’re a Giant, I hope you like water in your eyes and face. It does have “3” options for the water type to come out of the shower head, but the “Mist” option just makes your shower curtain fly away, you can’t even feel the water on your body and you’ll have to mop your floors when you’re done. The other 2 options are about the same, but there’s no water coming from the center of the shower head so you’ll enjoy having to dance around in the shower to get all of yourself wet or rinsed off. Buy it from anywhere else, but make sure it’s a reputable company so if you don’t like it, or it doesn’t work as advertised, or both, you can return it and get your money back without all the hoops and malarkey & loss of money.

It's absolutely awful. The customer service is terrible too. I bought three shower heads, but I only installed one, and it was leaking from every part, including the back. I followed their instructions and emailed them a video showing the leak. However, they informed me they couldn't replace it due to hygiene concerns, despite offering a 30-day guarantee. I'm confused about the meaning of this guarantee if they won't honor it in this situation.Customer service is awful and they don't back what they say. And it's definitely cheaper made than what is in the videos and advertisement. If I could give anybody a piece of advice it would be don't waste your money and or your time.

Ordered the shower head canceled my subscription 30 days later they sent me 2 filters and charged me over 70 dollars for two filters cancelled my subscription again we will see if they try charging for something else
