Love the shower head itself. But your filter subscription and prices are a rip-off and I want my subscription cancelled immediately.

I did not approve the recurring order…
I did not approve the recurring order for filters a month later and they were auto billed to my original payment which is fraudulent. I really think that if the company really believes in their product allow me to choose to reorder do not add to my bill and force me into auto subscribed payments. Really disappointed in this company procedures and not impressed with them.

Your shower head works just fine
Your shower head works just fine, but this company is one of the biggest scams I have ever encountered. First you are paying double the cost for the shower head, and no hardware for you to mount your new shower head, and you are on your way to your favorite store. Customers should always do their due diligence because there are scammer on lots of the internet. That was my fault... Next, be ware of the dreaded auto shipping! It is hidden in the website so deep that you wont find it until you get an email stating that you auto ship is on it's way.. You will rush to the telephone an you will hear, "We are sorry, but your order is already in the system". You will decide to look what they might be sending you maybe a box of filters and you'll wonder if that box of filters might cover the cost. Hold on to your anger, because you be be writing a review because you just bought 2, that's right, two filters in a little tiny shipping envelope, you will wonder if have ever seen one so small and you have just been burned for $59.79 again.... No help from PayPal, you signed up for auto pay.

This product is awful
This product is awful. First it got lost in shipment, I was refunded my money. Weeks later it arrived, I hadn't reordered. I thought cool its free. I tried to install it, leaked everywhere. So I used Teflon thread tape. Then as I was tightening the metal nut on the hose, the nut split. So I used my old set up and it still leaked along with a new place.I asked for a bx to be sent to return it, I am still waiting.

Badly
You ripped me off. You sent me more than I ordered. You keep on sending me filters that I don't want and didn't ordered. So I want to return the stuff I didn't want and didn't need. So I need your address so I can return and get some of my money back. Thank you.

Yeah refunds 100% money back
Yeah refunds 100% money back. I didn't order them but paid for them got screwed over. Turn around and sold them $20. Still can't pay my rent now I might have to move

This is a treible misrepresented…
This is a treible misrepresented product. I bought two units and both have EXTREMELY LOW PRESSURE OUTPUT. NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISING, I put my old shower head back on and it definitely is not my house water pressure. Now stuck with two units that are absolutely garbage.
