Again, I had a very positive experience with these awesome customer support representatives. I cannot speak more highly of the assistance that I received today! Working with these reps this morning was very positive, they were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and above all they listened, cared & delivered a 100% positive customer experience! Other than the product kind of taking awhile to get to me (Mexico) it was worth the wait. The shower head is awesome. Here we have a problem with hard water and calcium deposits and our shower heads get clogged up, but this one didn't and I can't say enough about the pressure. The only thing I would change about it is I wish it had a curved design. I loved it so much I ordered three more.

I previously purchased the turbo shower heads and I absolutely love them. I have recently upgraded to the ion shower head and I am greatly looking forward to using it. I also have taken advantage of the faucet filters. I have well water and the contaminants in the water fluctuates but are always there. I do hope to be able to finally drink water from my faucet without the horrible taste and smell. I would recommend these products to everyone.
